It looks like at dating_britney_blue wordpress theme
Yes it does, but it hasn’t the above options
I’ve been looking for the perfect theme for my new blogging project. I’ve wasted a lot of time and haven’t found anything that fits what I want. I opened my feed reading this morning and found this.
Word of WP wisdom: Don’t waste time looking for the perfect theme, let the perfect theme find you.
haha, i love it. Can’t wait to see how it looks on my blog.
@ScottSharpe on twitter
I’m going to blog about this.
Just one question..
Is the drop down available for “pages” or is it only “categories”
I’m looking for a clean theme that has a drop down “page” feature.
Thanks for the awesome theme.
Very neat theme, yet so rich. I like it and will give it a try. Thank you!
Thank you for the comments!
@WP Themes the drop down is available only for pages.
I figured it out nevermind. I forgot to look in /includes
Thanks for the theme.
Is there any chance you could either tell me or help me figure out what to adjust in the CSS to insert a twitter & RSS icon in the header? (instead of a banner). I’d really appreciate it. Right now when i insert an image into the header its positioning if off. I’m not sure exactly how to adjust that.
I’m assuming I’d have to edit ad468 in the stylesheet. The site is http://stardizzy.com
I’ll leave the image in the header so you can see what I’m talking about. I’d love to figure this out. I hope you don’t mind the adjustments I made to the theme.

@scott – emailed you!
Wonderful theme, simple and beautiful. Added your feed to my already exhaustive list.
I am sorry, I am learning as I go, but I don’t see where I place my ad codes in the editor. I can only get into the style.css and none of the templates. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi There! Veeeeeeeeeery nice theme. But i can’t get the Javascript to work? I’m using here Firefox 3.0.7, Epiphany or Opera with WordPress 2.7.1. But i can’t enable the dropdown menus or the fading effect. What am i doing wrong? Do i have to set a parameter?
@lauren I see you managed to place the ads.
@Christoph the menu uses subpages, where can I see your website so I can see what is wrong.
I am certain this is my oversight, but I can’t seem to find the theme options (it should be an option under “Appearance,” no?).
This is a great looking theme, thanks for sharing it. I loved the dating_britney theme and this one is a step further with the settings.
Very nice theme: any chance to get translation?
Many thanks
English, French and Romanian, the only languages I know.
Great Theme! but anyone have any ideas on how to remove the ads? Is it under options? Do i have to remove any code? Any help is appreciated.
you can delete them from the code. If you want a clean version, you can download it from wordpress.org http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/typographywp
Nice theme… How to remove “preview” from header?
Thank you
Andrea
Italy
activate the second color from the options page, and leave it blank
i see the demo. the theme’s very simple. i’ll test this theme on my blog. looks professional.
sidebar1-content-sidebar2 is not working correctly. content doesnt stay in the center.
hello,
very nice work,
i only have one question, Is the drop down available for “pages”, how can i get it working ?
hi – I just started looking at WP and your typography theme is my fave with journalist.
I would like to use it but i have a few issues -
I have many categories and I tried to show them as “drop down” but they keep showing as list.
also in the widget manager i get sidebar, sidebar 160px and sidebar 300 px.
sometimes it seems that elements can not be moved from one sidebar to the other
http://stefpix.com/wordpress/wp-admin/widgets.php?show=&sidebar=sidebar-3
if i try to move categories to the right sidebar they are still also in the 160pxl sidebar.
another issue -
if i want to do portfolio pages is it possible to have pages with only a smaller sidebar and not 2 like the blog posts?
I am new to all this – was looking at older posts but could not find any solution…
thanks
stefano
First – great theme. I was looking for something simple but prof. looking.
Second – I’m trying to get rid of the l-sidebar and extent the #post. I’m not sure how to do this. I got rid of the l-sidebar but can’t extent the content. Ideas / Suggestions?
in style.css edit #posts .post and #posts
what needs to be changed in there? Sorry just getting into CSS recently
the width, I think! Add 160 to 450 = 610px
Thanks! I had 550px but 610 works perfectly! Great theme again!
I really like this theme. But I’m also having trouble with the drop-downs – the page “Trafficked” has two child pages. FF 3 or IE7. Other than that, everything works a treat!
Thanks,
Alister
I’m really loving your template ! Great work !!! I have been playing around with it more or less nonstop since 5pm yesterday. I’m using a mac so until now I just tested it in firefox and safari and had a friend test it out in IE7 and it worked beautifully in all of those. Then I opened damn IE6 and I noticed that header and the post titles shifted up. Is the styleie.css intened to fix things in IE7 or IE6 ? any suggestions on how to fix this ?
Cheers
That file is for IE7
Unfortunately, I don’t give support for IE6.
Having a small issue. Is there something I need to do to get articles and comments tab to work? The tabs just above the 300×250 ad box. Thanks in advance. You can see it if you view my site.
Hi again – any idea why the page drop-downs might fail? I’ve got:
Trafficked
- Media
- Buy the book
- – Extracts
But no luck. I’ve checked that the ,js files are in includes/js. I’m using WP 2.7.1 with both Firefox 3 and IE 7 (and I checked on Safari 3 as well).
Thanks,
Alister
I understand why you wouldn’t give support for ie6, it gives me the creeps
But I managed to fix the ie6 bug. Thanks a lot for this cool template. Looking forward to see what more you come up with in the future !
I played around with the theme options and I am still having a hard time changing the header to just say what I want it to say.
Can anyone please tell me how i can create the drop down menu
My favorite theme by far, but I’m new to this…I’m looking at the code, can’t find where the ad goes in the header. Also, I cannot get rid of the “preview” following the title. Thanks!
I can’t figure out how to place the top banner ad.
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Stylesheet is missing.
Hey,
I love the theme & I’ve used it as the template for my personal blog – having an issue, however, when I try to activate a lightbox plugin which automatically attaches the lightbox script to images. The lightbox javascript appears to interfere with the js for the ‘recent articles/comments’ tabs (makes the tab contents not show & brings up an error message in the browser status bar) – are there any image lightbox plugins that don’t do that?
Any help would be appreciated
I’ve been looking for a cute/professional wp theme. Thanks!
I just installed this theme, love the look of it, but get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: comment_form_title() in /nfs/c02/h02/mnt/23439/domains/carbonprintzero.com/html/forum/wp-content/themes/typographywp/comments.php on line 41
I can’t see where this function is defined. Is it me?
Thanks for a great theme!
Mary
Hi there, how can i remove the header banner and have that area blank, i deleted the png but it won’t remove the http://ad link, where is it located in the php files, do delete this…Thanks for the feedback
Dear
Admin
The typography theme is great.
But I have a problem. The home has links to home (home, head and foot). The links are indicating to not found page. As I can to change these links to the right place?
tecjor.net/wpmu to tecjor.net/wpmu/ (with slash)
thanks,
Excellent theme!
If you ever have time it would be nice to see a wp theme based on this one http://mog.com/
how to instal this theme to my site, please learn me
Hi, like the them alot. I have some questions, though.
I’m not seeing anything regarding the Flickr and Twitter plug ins you mention, either on the version I downloaded from this site (with ad spaces) or the “clean version” from WordPress theme directory.
Also I was unable to find the alternate 1,2,3 column layouts you mention. Going by your screenshot of the control panel, they don’t see to be controlled there.
Finally, the title. Unless I fill out both the “custom title (logo)” field AND the “custom title different color” — the field I leave blank displays with either “Theme” or “preview”
If I want a logo in one or the other, must I enter the URL directly into one of the style sheets?
Thanks for your help,
lisa
